Novicell is looking for a PPC/ Paid Social Specialist in London

Novicell is looking for an Account Director for our Digital Performance team, consisting of PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Inbound and Data/Analytics consultants. You’ll work as part of a wider global team of Account/Client Directors whose knowledge and international outlook you will be able to leverage to make your role a success.

Novicell is a full-service digital agency. We are about 30 good people in our London office, and you will also have over 300 great colleagues across 8 offices in 5 countries. Our offices are in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, Aarhus (Denmark), Copenhagen and Oslo. 

We have more than 20 years of experience helping people do business online. From digital strategy, website design and user experience, to web development, digital marketing and business intelligence, our services cover the full online commercial lifecycle. 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our fast-growing and ambitious Digital Performance team, which combine skills across the digital marketing spectrum to provide our customers with a holistic approach to enhancing their online business potential. 

You will report to the Director of Digital Performance (this guy).

This is a permanent, full-time role from the outset. We want (and hope) you'll want to work as much as possible form our new Shoreditch offices.

Your day-to-day tasks

  • Lead strategy planning & deployment for a group of clients, ensuring all accounts have up to date roadmaps and are satisfied with the level of service and results.  
  • Have regular communication with the client to ensure that delivery exceeds expectation and make recommendations.  
  • Work closely with client teams to gain an insight into the business and apply Novicell services to help create solutions.  
  • Oversee the successful delivery of key projects of accounts you are looking after as the key point of contact. This will include ensuring accuracy of delivery.  
  • Work with the relevant consultants across Europe to present and report back to clients on PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Inbound in partnership with the key consultant who is executing.   
  • Explore ways to add value for Novicell by upselling the services that we offer.  
  • Understand your client’s business by creating workshops and discovery calls and following up on actions. 
  • Help Novicell to grow and build new business, being involved in pitches and putting together decks.  
  • Become the key client contact for strategy and brainstorming sessions.  
  • Help to manage the team of consultants with the Director to ensure the output is both timely and of a high standard. 
  • Work closely with the project managers to ensure time estimations and work has been properly logged. 
  • Act as a point of escalation for the client should issues arise and escalate internally where relevant. 
  • Look for opportunities to innovate and grow the client brand through new technology and platforms.

About you

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment working with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a client-facing role 
  • Ability to build relationships and solve problems 
  • Excellent understanding of Performance marketing metrics and issues 
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage projects 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proactive attitude to work and the workplace 
  • Experience of Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn
