Novicell is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in London

Novicell is a full-service digital agency. We are about 30 good people in our London office, and you will have over 300 great colleagues across 8 offices in 5 countries. Our offices are in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, Aarhus (Denmark), Copenhagen and Oslo.  

We have more than 20 years' experience helping people do business online. From digital strategy, website design and user experience, to web development, digital marketing and business intelligence, our services cover the full online commercial lifecycle.

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for an experienced, independent and energetic Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for marketing, communication and social media to join our marketing team and to help strengthen the presence of Novicell.

Reporting to Akhil Suchak, Director of Digital Performance, you will coordinate and work closely with all departments to ensure professional, timely delivery of tasks. 

Your day-to-day tasks

  • Supporting company marketing initiatives (creating newsletters, events, etc.) 
  • Building and maintaining landing pages and other assets needed to promote events and other topical news relevant to Novicell
  • Organising and coordinating monthly events with partners and internal teams
  • Managing and updating company databases and customer relationship management systems (HubSpot CRM) 
  • Sourcing and creating content for digital platforms including social media channels
  • Researching market trends, events, etc. which could benefit Novicell 
  • Tracking relevant leads and build deep insights about the need states of our target audience, ensuring that all insights are factored back into future marketing activity 
  • Stakeholder management, working with senior teams across our global offices to follow plans 
  • Working closely with the content team to identify new websites, blogs and publications to publish our content to and build working relationships with relevant media 
  • Website and case studies: Supporting the wider team in creating and editing pages on our website, including ensuring they are SEO friendly and trackable 
  • Awards: Managing our award entries and identify new awards opportunities for the teams
  • CRM: Ensuring all data within our CRM is accurate. Regularly review and update data on our contacts to ensure data is accurate for future marketing campaigns

Salary

The salary for this role is £25-£30k depending on experience. 

Location

We’ve moved to a shiny, spacious new office in Shoreditch where you will be based. Flexible working arrangements are in place across the organisation to ensure our employees are happy and productive.

About you

  • You have a diploma or degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline  
  • You have proven outstanding written and verbal communications skills in English 
  • You have good understanding of social media platforms 
  • You have knowledge of CMS systems such as Umbraco 
  • HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge an advantage

  • You are a team player with drive, passion and self-discipline 
  • You are able to work creatively, and in a focused and structured manner
