The role

We are looking for a UX strategist to join our growing team of creatives in our London office. With a good understanding of design, you are the kind of person who thrives in a collaborative environment, working with teams of specialists to develop game-changing journeys and experience solutions. You are not a one-person-band. You can also write engaging, clear and detailed proposals, documentation and reports that support the user experience process end-to-end.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our fast-growing and ambitious London creative team. Working alongside our Creative Director you will strengthen the team’s capabilities and provide input on pitches and projects from the outset.  

The role is London-based, out of our offices in Shoreditch, London, EC2M.

Novicell is a full-service Digital Consultancy. We are about 35 good people in our London office, and you will also have over 400 great colleagues across 8 offices in 5 countries. Our offices are in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, Aarhus (Denmark), Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm.

We have more than 20 years' experience helping businesses do better through creative solutions and technical excellence. From digital & brand strategy, UX and website design, to web development, digital marketing and business intelligence, our services cover the full digital business lifecycle.

Your day-to-day tasks

  • Data analysis and research – working with data teams and performance teams alongside your own skills and tools to develop qualitative and quantitative data to support our process.
  • Run workshops and interviews with our clients and their stakeholders to form background understanding of their business and project, along with clear KPIs and customer insights.
  • Work with stakeholders and data to map and direct user-flows to uncover opportunities.
  • Formulate user-facing architecture according to customer and audience data, following best practice and accessibility standards.
  • Discover and define engaging experiences for Novicell and our clients that perform in a fully integrated environment. 
  • Innovate and develop new trends in experience.
  • Provide thought leadership in experience design to the wider group and our clients.

Salary & benefits

Salary £45-50k (based on experience)
