Novicell Welcomes New Creative Director
Novicell has appointed Freddie Green as its new Creative Director to expand the agency’s creative offering.
Freddie will be helping our clients through all aspects of brand and creative communications. He will be developing and refreshing brand strategies, brainstorming and delivering award-winning creative concepts, and applying his own benchmark UX process to deliver unparalleled audience experiences.

His personal vision, unique approach to design, and his energy make him the perfect fit for the role of Novicell’s Creative Director. Expanding our creative team will also strengthen our ability to transform our clients’ ideas into great design solutions that will exceed their expectations. New position at Novicell
Freddie has joined Novicell as Creative Director. This new role is responsible for the overall creative direction of the agency and the creative outputs to our clients. As such, he will work closely with different specialisms within the company, including Marketing, PR, Pre-Sales, Innovations Hubs, Client Teams and, of course, the UX and Digital Design teams to improve Novicell’s brand and creative client offering.
I am really looking forward to working closely with the like-minded people here at Novicell, and using my breadth of digital, brand and business experience as well as creative passions to develop a game-changing impact, says Freddie Green, Creative Director. I hope to work with and build teams that I can learn from to create something beyond our individual capabilities and positively shape the future of digital in the process.
Freddie’s previous experience
Freddie joins Novicell with more than 15 years of creative experience as a Digital Creative Director, focusing on Brand and Digital Innovation for large-scale organisations and small- and medium-sized enterprises in both the UK and internationally. Freddie has previously worked for different agencies on award-winning campaigns for brands like BBC, British Gas, Coca Cola, Deloitte, GSK, HAYS and Three.
Freddie is also the founder of Digital Garden where he has worked with clients like IMG, University of Portsmouth and Thames Water for the past seven years. In addition, he has been working as an advisor to a small selection of digital and blockchain start-ups.
Freddie has a lot of experience developing strategies and creative concepts, running workshops and UX exercises, building and training delivery teams and formulating roadmaps and processes to ensure their success.
