At Novicell, Carsten is the CEO of the Digital Strategy and Marketing department, who advises on optimising customer's digital potential and supports their overall business goals, business strategy and business development.
Carsten comes from a position as Product Management Manager at TDC and has been working for many years, managing many different departments and functions - not only Product Management, but also Sales, Marketing, Analysis, Customer Service and IT Operations. A few years in Belgium and a self-employed period have also helped fill up the backpack. Carsten, therefore, has a broad knowledge of all the features of a company that are used to analyse and design the right online strategies, focusing on customer earnings.
Carsten has a qualification in Sales from Aarhus Business School. In his spare time, he likes to spend time indulging in food and wine experiences at home and abroad or grow his passion for football; Both American and English football, in which West Bromwich Albion is dear to his heart.
