Digital Strategy Manager

Kristian joined Novicell in January 2014 to build the digital strategy team, now counting five employees. Before Novicell, he had 12 years of digital experience from TDC's online departments combined with a leadership role.

In Novicell, he engages in the business of companies and connects their ambitions with the digital possibilities. Subsequently, he designates the path that gives the greatest effect per. Invested digital krone.

Kristian manages a broad range of disciplines and loves to chase insights. Either in dialogue with customers or Google Analytics, Search Metrics, Personalisation Systems, CMS Systems, etc.

His digital heart beats especially for:

  • Digital Strategy (Both Channel Strategy and Business Strategy)
  • Digital analysis and KPI setup
  • Reporting and visualisation
  • Strategic sparring
  • Digital performance optimisation

In his time at Novicell, he has conducted strategy assignments for companies such as Krifa, Nykredit, LINAK, Postnord, GF Insurance,, KIWI, DEIF, Lantmännen Unibake, HC Cargo, IDdesign and OK.

Educationally, Kristian is a bachelor of economics from Aarhus University and a journalist. This is complemented by, among other things, Studies as well as project manager and management training at TDC.

In his spare time, he spends time playing sport and being with his family. Kristian made an Ironman in 1996 - long before it became modern - and been involved in 13 marathons. Since 2009, road cycling has made him top Blue at Team Novicell, where he won the annual Novicell championship in both 2014 and 2015.
