We're looking for a Business Development Manager

What you'll be doing
The day-to-day
We build technology solutions for our customers using agile methodology. We also do killer analytics, creative and digital marketing. You must be comfortable in a sales position - and have significant experience working in such an environment and with similarly skilled consultants. Experience with agile IT and website development is most desirable.
Generating and nurturing new business
- Own the full customer cycle from lead generation (outbound and inbound) and product demos to pricing, negotiation and closing
- Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensure you meet your and your team's KPI's
- Working closely with our in-house teams to develop and sustain in-depth knowledge of our software development and digital marketing services
- Work with our internal marketing team to improve lead generation
- Identify future business and partnership opportunities
Project success
- Oversee the successful delivery of key projects of accounts
- Thought leadership and ambassadorship
- Mentor junior colleagues
- Attend events, and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Manage client accounts
- Deliver excellent customer service and proactively look for fresh ways to improve the customer relationship
