JYSK is a global household retailer with more than 2,200 retail stores in 36 countries. Noticing a surge of orders made via its online channels, JYSK understood the need for a complete website redesign and integration of click & collect. JYSK chose Novicell as their digital agency.
Following a comprehensive analysis of JYSK’s existing website, Novicell’s Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) specialists came up with recommendations regarding content and navigation based on traffic data, user tests, split tests and a usability analysis.
Drawing on the conclusions from the preliminary analysis, Novicell’s designers developed a new user interface and JYSK’s own developers implemented the new design in Drupal. The close co-operation is ongoing with continuous analysis and optimisation of the site.
